⚠️ Straight answer up front: Chile is the least settled market on this hub, on both fronts. Revolut has been reported in early, limited rollout stages here — nothing close to the full personal-account product live in Brazil or Mexico. And separately, online casino gambling itself isn't fully legal yet in Chile either. This page covers both honestly rather than assuming either is further along than it is. We'll update this page as Revolut's rollout and Chile's online gambling bill progress.

An existing Revolut card from a live market generally still works for spending in Chile like any international card, subject to currency conversion — independent of whatever Chile-specific rollout is or isn't happening locally.
Online casino licensing doesn't exist yet — a bill does
As of mid-2026, there's no operational online gambling licensing system in Chile. Bill No. 035/2022, which would create one — with a proposed 20% tax on gross gaming revenue — is still progressing through the Senate and hasn't been enacted. Until it passes, there's no path for an operator to hold a genuine Chilean online casino licence, whatever a site's marketing might imply.
Land-based casinos are a separate, already-established matter: they're regulated under the Superintendencia de Casinos de Juego (SCJ) and have operated under a clear licensing framework for years. It's specifically the online space that's still pending legislation.
