ADM-licensed operators
Online gambling in Italy — betting, casino games, poker, bingo — is permitted only under a concession granted by the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM). The concession system was reaffirmed and consolidated by Legislative Decree No. 41/2024, and covers over 80 licensed operators as of 2026.
Why you won't see gambling ads — or bonus mentions — in Italy
⚠️ Since 2019, the "Dignity Decree" (Decreto Dignità, Law 96/2018) has banned essentially all direct and indirect gambling advertising in Italy — across TV, print, websites, social media, sponsorships, and specifically including SEO/SEM promotion and tracked referral links for gambling. Only purely neutral, informational content is permitted; nothing that could be read as encouraging play, naming bonuses, or driving traffic through a tracked link to an operator. That's why, unlike our other country pages, this page doesn't include a comparison link through to a casino-ranking site — for Italy specifically, we've kept this page strictly informational.

Italy is an EU member and Revolut offers its full standard product range there, same as elsewhere in the EU. That's independent of the advertising question above — Revolut works the same in Italy regardless of what gambling content Italian law does or doesn't allow to be published around it.
